Junior Prizegiving

This year’s junior prizegiving was held on Wednesday 6th June. Well done to all our winners who are listed below. The program is available from the school website



Senior Pupils Learning Agreements

All senior pupils have been issued with their learners agreements. These should be returned to form teachers no later than Friday 15 June.


P7 and S1 (New S2) Interhouse BONUS event

The final interhouse event of this session is a Spelling Bee for P7's & S1 led by FHS probationer teachers. Pupils will complete the first round of the Spelling Bee on Wednesday 13th June during PEP. The finals will take place on Thursday 14th June P5 and 6 in the assembly hall. The event will complete the P7 induction days by giving them a taste of the FHS Interhouse experience. Points will be awarded to every pupil who submits their answers after PEP on Wednesday 13th June. Finalists will be randomly selected to take part in the assembly hall on Thursday 14th June p5/6. The event will finish at 2.30pm. Pupils should change into house colours period 5 for the it may well get you extra points!


FAB Collection Bottles 

During form class pupils have been dropping spare change into collection bottles for Falkirk Autistic Bairns and have managed to raise £415.  This is a fantastic amount, thank you to everyone involved.


EMA for Session 2018/19

EMA applications for 2018/19 can be made from next week. Applications can only be done on-line, no paper application forms are being delivered to the school.

Anyone with difficulties with the on-line application should contact the Council on 01324 503850.


April Attendance Interhouse Scores

Interhouse attendance scores for April are as follows: in 1st place was Robertson House gaining 6 points, in 2nd place was Mackay House gaining 5 points, in 3rd place was Campbell House gaining 4 points and in 4th place was Cameron House gaining 2 points.



Overall Interhouse Scores 

Overall Interhouse scores after April Attendance: in 1st place with 515 points is Campbell House, in 2nd place with 464 points is Cameron House, in 3rd place with 456 points is Mackay House and in 4th place with 448 points is Robertson House.


School Show - ‘Disney’s High School Musical’

The School Show this year is ‘Disney’s High School Musical’ and will run from Wednesday 20 June until Friday 22 June, the show will commence at 7pm. Tickets are now available from the school office, priced at £6 for adults and £3 for concessions.
