Pupil Equity Fund
The Pupil Equity Fund was launched by the Scottish Government in March 2017. The purpose of the fund is to ensure that all children, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to achieve their potential.
Falkirk High School has a plan in place to make best use of the money allocated to us. Part of the plan is to allow parents and carers to apply directly to us for funding for clothing, essential school resources as well money towards the cost of school trips. There is no limit on the number of applications you can make in the school year. Applications will be considered carefully by a group of staff and those that demonstrate the greatest need will be given priority, particularly those pupils who receive free school meals or EMA.
