Ever wanted to put your views across about how things are going at Falkirk High School?
And make a positive change?
Come along and share your views with other parents and carers. You can expect practical examples of what’s been going on – AND plenty of lively discussion. We will keep you up to date with what the Parent Council has been doing and let you know what you can do to help.
As a parent with a child/children at Falkirk High School, you are automatically a member of the school's Parent Forum, and as such are welcome to attend Parent Council meetings at any time.
The Minutes of Parent Council meetings will be available on the website so that you can keep up to date with what's being discussed and what issues we're looking at from month to month.

Parent Council Meetings
The following meetings are scheduled for the parent council to meeting during the session. All meetings are from 7-9pm and are in-person at Falkirk High School.

Falkirk High 200 Club
The Parent Council organises a 200 Club to raise money for the school.
This is £3 per month for 2 numbers. There is a prize draw monthy with the winner recieving £50 and £25 each for 2 runners up. The draw takes place the first Monday of the month after payment.

National Parent Forum of Scotland
Our parent council would like to share the updates from the National Parent Forum of Scotland with you. The web address for this is http://mailchi.mp/npfs/november-news?e=ea4e1fe6d6 They have re-launched, in partnership with Child Poverty Action Group, The Cost of the School Day resource for parent councils. This resource is full of information and advice and they are currently working on a social media resource that they hope to have ready in the New Year.
